What sizes are available?

Casa Vista Studio prints are available in 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm. See our Print Size Guide for help choosing.

Are frames included?

No. All current Casa Vista Studio products are sold as unframed prints. Frames shown in room and wall mockups are for styling purposes only.

What finish are the prints?

The launch range uses a matte fine-art print finish. We do not publish a paper-stock name unless it has been confirmed by our print partner.

Are the prints made to order?

Yes. Each print is produced after your order is placed.

Where are orders produced?

Orders are printed to order in Australia by our print partner.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is A$14.95 for orders under A$150. Standard shipping is free for Australian orders of A$150 or more.

How long does delivery take?

As a guide, allow approximately 1–2 weeks for metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA; 2–3 weeks for regional areas; and 3–4 weeks for WA, NT and TAS. These are estimates rather than guarantees.

Will colours look exactly the same as my screen?

Not always. Screen brightness, colour settings and device type can make colours appear slightly different. Small screen-to-print variation is normal.

Are the room mockups to exact scale?

No. Room mockups are styling references. Please use the listed centimetre dimensions and our Print Size Guide when planning your wall.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at launch. Casa Vista Studio currently ships within Australia only.

Can I return a print?

Because prints are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply if there is a problem with the product. For damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, email hello@casavistastudio.com.
