Every Casa Vista Studio print is produced after your order is placed. Your artwork is printed to order in Australia and prepared specifically for your order.
Shipping within Australia
Standard shipping is A$14.95 for orders under A$150.
Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders of A$150 or more.
Order processing
Orders are submitted to our Australian print partner for production after they are received. During our initial launch period, this fulfilment step is managed manually by Casa Vista Studio while our direct store integration is being completed.
Estimated delivery times
As a guide, please allow approximately:
- NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & SA metro: 1–2 weeks
- Regional areas: 2–3 weeks
- WA, NT & TAS: 3–4 weeks
These timeframes include production and standard delivery and are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, unusually high order volumes, courier delays and some regional destinations can extend delivery times.
International shipping
Casa Vista Studio is launching with delivery within Australia only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Packaging & transit damage
Artwork is packed for transit using packaging suited to the ordered print size. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@casavistastudio.com as soon as practical and include photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label so we can help.
