These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Casa Vista Studio and use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Casa Vista Studio sells made-to-order fine-art prints. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, prints are supplied unframed and frames shown in styling images or room mockups are not included.

We make reasonable efforts to display colours accurately, but colours can vary between screens, devices and printed output. Room mockups are for styling and scale guidance only.

Pricing and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Where applicable, displayed prices include Australian GST.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices or promotions at any time before an order is placed.

Orders and payment

An order is submitted when you complete checkout and payment is authorised. We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, payment, delivery details or product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, or an issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Made-to-order production

Our prints are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because production may begin soon after checkout, requests to change or cancel an order cannot always be accommodated once production has commenced. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates and current estimated delivery timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production volumes, courier delays, public holidays, weather events or regional delivery conditions.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Returns, faults and damaged orders

Our Returns & Damaged Orders policy forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, images, graphics, branding, website content and other materials displayed by Casa Vista Studio are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant a licence to reproduce, copy, digitise, resell or commercially use the artwork.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated methods to scrape content without permission, or use our content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Vista Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Third-party services

Our store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, couriers and fulfilment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact with their services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
